I sincerely hope that, through your cooperation and solidarity, we can take meaningful steps toward achieving our great goals, contributing to the growth of our economy and the development of our beloved homeland, with each of us playing our part along this path.

As you know, in all our goals, plans, and activities, we have always moved forward with honesty, integrity, and determination, striving to maintain a dynamic organization with a high level of motivation. This dynamism is essential to our continued existence and serves as a guarantee of production quality. I would like to emphasize that we cannot continue pursuing our goals alone; we need the support, cooperation, and solidarity of each and every one of you so that we can consistently move forward on the path of growth and customer satisfaction.

Protecting the environment, safeguarding the health and well-being of my colleagues, and taking care of the equipment that belongs to all of us have always been among my foremost concerns on this journey.
